We offer five levels of food service: drop-off service, buffet catering, family-style catering, plated catering and food stations.

Any menu item may be ordered individually if the quantity meets our minimum requirements
Q: Do you serve vegetarian, vegan or gluten free dishes?
Yes! We offer a variety of freshly made vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu items. Contact us at 703-506-9396 or email us for further information on special menu and dietary restriction requests.
Q: How can I reserve a date?
Contact our special events department at 703-506-9396 / option #3 for a proposal. Once approved, return the signed contract along with a 50% deposit to officially reserve your event date, time and pricing.
Q: What rental services do you offer?
We provide a full range of rental services including tables, tents, chairs, linens, china, lighting, A\V, staff, entertainers, ice sculptures, bathrooms, bands, DJ's and more.
Q: Is a deposit always required?
All orders require a 50% deposit to reserve. Events requiring rentals and/or staff service include additional considerations and policies. Contact our special events department at 703-506-9396 / option #3 or send us an email for further information.
Accepted payments include cash, corporate checks, money orders, certified checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®.
Q: How much advance notice is required for an order?
For most catering events, 24 hours is sufficient advance notice. For large events or special menus and rentals (including corporate events and weddings), we may require additional time. Email us for further information.
Q: How much are servers?
Servers are billed at a range of $35 to $55/hour. Billing will include set up, service and closing of the event.
Q: What additional charges can I expect?
Beyond the cost of food, appropriate state sales taxes are added to all orders. In addition, delivery will be calculated based on the number of guests and location of the event.
