Catering Orders
Please allow at least a 24-hour notice for catering requests. Last minute orders are subject to acceptance and may result in price changes. Orders can also be placed online, by phone at (703) 506-9396 or (703) 506-9727 or by fax at (703) 506-4323.

All catering orders are presented on high quality disposable platters unless otherwise arranged. All hot entrees are presented in disposable chaffing dishes. Stainless steel chafing dishes are available upon request for an additional charge. High quality foam disposable plates, utensils, napkins and serving spoons are included at a $0.50 per person charge. Clear plasticware is available at a $2.25 per person charge. There is a $5.00 fee per disposable chaffing dish for all hot entrees.

Deposits
A 50 percent deposit is required to confirm a large event and must be paid on the date that the contract is signed and executed. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date.

Payments
Saint Germain Catering accepts cash, checks with proper identification, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. We also offer corporate credit accounts. If you would like to establish an account, or would like to place a credit card on file, please complete the appropriate application below:

Applications take approximately 7 days to process. Accounts are billed net 30. Interest and attorney’s fees for late payments will be enforced on all outstanding invoices past 30 days. For questions about ordering or opening an account, please call (703) 506-9396 or (703) 506-9727.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only if made by 2 p.m. the day prior to the delivery date, and 48 hours in advance on weekend orders. Violations of this policy will result in full charges of the items ordered. One week notice is required for large events with no charge to the client. For event orders cancelled with less than one week notice, 50 percent of the estimated fee will be charged.

Rewards Program Rules and Regulations

  • Points cannot be transferred to other employees or companies.
  • One point will be awarded for each order placed online or by telephone to Saint Germain Catering.
  • Points cannot be combined with other registered participants. Companies may have more than one employee enrolled in the program.
  • There is no expiration on points nor a deadline for when they must be used.
  • Maximum value on rewards is $250.00 (on upgrades or complimentary lunch)

Delivery and Pick-Up
Saint Germain Catering delivers throughout the entire Washington metropolitan area including Maryland and Virginia. Deliveries will be charged by the mile. A minimum order of $50 is required for all deliveries. Orders may also be picked up at our Tyson’s Corner location at 8453-H Tyco Road Vienna, VA 22182. There is no minimum order for pick-up catering requests.

Catered and Full-Service Events
Saint Germain Catering can assist you with creating a custom menu for your event and all of your party needs including staff, linens, and equipment.

Privacy Policy
We will never share your contact information with anyone. We only use your information when needing to call you about particular orders, or if you've specifically requested that we contact you. We only use your email address to send special newsletters from Saint Germain Catering, and you are free to unsubscribe from any of these emailings. Transactions made through our website are secured by Thawte, which required a rigorous proof process before issuing the secure certificate that protects your information when placing orders.

Refunds and Debits
Because we do not store your credit-card information, we will contact you to issue refunds that may stem from cancelling orders that were paid via credit card at the time of purchase. Refunds are issued fully for any order cancelled beyond 24 hours from the order delivery date and time. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date and time may not be refunded.

Should you edit an order after placing it and paying via credit card, we will call you upon order fulfillment (delivery) to adjust the actual payment made, whether a credit or additional debits, depending upon the modifications to the order that were made.
